We come into this world with an innate sense of knowing who we are. Somewhere along the way, we become disconnected from our true essence due to a combination of our life experiences, genetics, or intergenerational trauma. Before long, we might find ourselves acting against our values, struggling with daily challenges, overwhelmed by constant thoughts, and disconnected from our bodies.

It's not surprising that in today's fast-paced world, many of us face chronic fatigue, toxic stress, and emotional suffering that wreaks havoc on our bodies, minds, relationships, families, and careers. It shows up as stress, insomnia, pain without a medical cause, headaches, anxiety, depression, and even certain autoimmune diseases.

Helping and teaching others has always been my driving force, which led me to become a therapist. I've seen many clients recover and build meaningful lives, but I also recognize how so many people feel trapped by ongoing physical, emotional, spiritual, or mental pain.

With this in mind, I developed a method that combines traditional, evidence-based psychotherapy with practices from yoga science. These practices draw on thousands of years of wisdom and traditional scientific methods.

Integrative Wellness Intensives

Unlike typical wellness retreats, which aim to improve overall well-being, intensives are personalized and used to support recovery from eating disorders, trauma, inflammation, fibromyalgia, reduce chronic pain, manage anxiety or depression, and complement medical or psychological treatment. It integrates ancient yogic wisdom with contemporary neuroscience and somatic psychology. Intensives are a great way to explore, reconnect, and heal your body, mind, and soul.

A path that truly meets you where you are, integrative coaching promotes authentic inner exploration, blending modern Vinyasa with the inner awakening of Kundalini and the calming power of pranayama (breath work). This balanced mix creates a practice that’s flexible and inviting, designed to connect you with your inner wisdom and natural healing—a meaningful solution for those who feel stuck or overwhelmed by trauma, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, IBS, or rheumatoid arthritis.
